Ivan Carapiet Shares to Runner Rocky How to Upgrade Ourselves from Athlete to Triathlete

"Araw-araw langoy, takbo, bike... Sa isang araw dalawang workout ako, Sunday lang ang pahinga."

This is how the triathlete, car racer, and actor Ivan Carapiet prepares for his upcoming IRONMAN challenge, the Cobra IRONMAN 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship 2016. During the exclusive grand press conference of the said upcoming event held at the Shangrila Hotel The Fort in BGC Taguig, Ivan shared his extreme workouts and his own fitness regimens.   

"Focus sa pagkain, iwas sa matamis, iwas sa alak," Ivan shared talking about his diet.

Ivan is also a member of the Ford Forza Triathlon team along with Matteo Guidiceili.

Aside from being a triathlete, Ivan is also a car racer. Glad to note that I've already met and mingled with the top three car racer in the country namely Ivan Carapiet, Matteo Guidiceili, and Marlon Stockinger. 

It's also interesting to know that aside from triathlon and car racing, Ivan is also an actor! He already appeared in the ABS-CBN Primetime Bida TV Series like "Nathaniel" last year and the current "Dolce Amore" together with co-triathlete Matteo.  

In terms of movie, he already starred in the films like "Beauty and the Bottle" (2014), "Beast" (2015), and "Tupang Ligaw" (2016).
