During the first leg of the Alaska Ironkids Aquathlon 2017 which took place at the Manila Polo Club in Mckinley Hills, Taguig, April 9, 2017, yours truly Runner Rocky had a chance to meet the so-called 'Iron Lady,' the woman behind the success of the Ironkids, Coach Ani Brown.
In my interview after the race, Coach Ani revealed the details of the Ironkids which include the schedules of the events, the next leg of the competition, and the qualifications to join the race. She further shared how their train the kids to become a competitive athletes of their generation.
