Car racing is now a rising sports in the country. Most of the car racers just like the now's popular Marlon Stockinger eventually turns into an instant celebrity! But, it's another way around now - celebrities are now turning into a car racers!
On the rainy Friday afternoon of September 15, 2017, SM City Clark, Pampanga launched their very own North Luzon Fandom Mania: A Vios Cup Celebrity Media Launch. This was an event wherein the celebrity and professional car racers who were compete for the Vios Cup 2017 were introduced. At the same time, a "Meet and Greet" with the fans followed wherein the fans of these celebrities got a chance to have a photo opt and a selfie with their idols.
Two batches of the celebrity car racers were introduced. The first batch were the professional car racers who belong to the Avenger Team. To name few, they were composed of Senator JV Ejercito, young racers Daniel Miranda and Shawn Velasco, and actor Dominic Ochoa.
The second batch was composed of the celebrities and fitness enthusiasts namely Aubrey Miles, Troy Montero, Jasmin Curtis-Smith, Ella Cruz, Gretchen Ho, Fabio Ide, Dominic Roque, and Jake Cuenca.
