This fun run is another first in the country! One with the runners in the country, we are excited for the J.CO Run!
But before the exciting fun run, we just had our media conference in the J.CO. store branch in Greenbelt Makati which was attended by Runrio's Rio Dela Cruz and celebrity running couple Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring. And yeah, I also won as the Male Best Sports Dressed during the event!
And so, let me share with you this another exciting story:
For over a decade, J.CO Donuts and Coffee has been spreading sweet moments and indulgence to Filipinos, becoming a household favorite for its delectable donuts and handcrafted coffee. This 2024, as J.CO celebrates its 12th anniversary, they’re taking their signature joy and energy to a whole new level—introducing the first-ever J.CO Run in the Philippines!
Set to take place at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on November 10, 2024, the J.CO Run promises to be a celebration of wellness, fun, and community.
After six years of success in Indonesia, J.CO is finally bringing this event to the Philippines, emphasizing the balance between staying active, enjoying treats without guilt, and sharing moments with like-minded individuals. Hoping to replicate the same level of success and deliver a meticulously organized race, J.CO has partnered with Runrio Events Inc., a premier race organizer in the Philippines that is capable of handle thousands of runners.
Within 24 hours, registration filled up for the initial 3,000 participants. Because of the overwhelming demand, an additional 3,000 slots were opened, and were quickly filled up within just 15 minutes.
Participants can choose between 3K, 5K, and 12K distances--with the 12K added specially to commemorate J.CO’s 12th anniversary.
Registered runners will receive a Race Kit that includes a J.CO Running Shirt, Race BIB Number, J.CO Tote Bag, Donuts, Iced Lemon Tea, and exclusive Finisher Medals.
The event will also feature engaging surprises along the race route, dedicated photo spots at the activity village, and sponsor loot bags as keepsakes.
Adding to the excitement, celebrity hosts Juancho Triviño and Joyce Pring were present during the press conference, sharing their thoughts on fitness and expressing their enthusiasm to join the run on November 10.
"We are both excited to be part of the first-ever J.CO Run in the Philippines! Fitness is about finding joy in movement, and events like this bring a sense of community and motivation. We can’t wait to run alongside thousands of people, enjoy the treats, and celebrate wellness together,” said Pring.

To make crossing the finish line even sweeter, participants can look forward to a well-deserved treat—a freshly brewed cup of coffee and a signature J.CO donut which they can purchase from their iconic food truck, stationed nearby just for the event. It's the perfect way to reward yourself after a morning of fitness and fun, blending the joy of movement with the indulgence of J.CO’s beloved flavors.
All runners are also entitled to a free drink at the J.CO MOA store from November 10 to December 31, simply by presenting their race bib (one-time availment only).
